Beowulf Mining – Preliminary investigation closed
Lotta Lauritz, lawyer (jurist) at Bergsstaten, has confirmed that the Office of the Public Prosecutor (Åklagarmyndigheten) has closed the preliminary investigation against Beowulf Mining, i.e. the issue of a possible criminal violation will not be tried.
However, Bergsstaten has yet to decide if Beowulf Mining violated the Minerals Act.
